Dr Andrew Arthur – Clinical/Counselling Psychologist

I am a Health Professions Council Registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist and British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologist with over 35 years experience in adult mental health, child and adolescent psychiatry, learning disabilities, and forensic learning disability. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children and families mainly in the National Health Service where he achieved Consultant status for the last half of my career.
I am currently completing the Cardiff University Law School Bond & Solon Expert Witness Certificate and able to provide reports on civil, criminal, and family court matters. I have provided court reports on parenting, civil litigation, capacity and other matters relating to the legal process.
